The Department of Physical Plant, Projects & Facilities is committed to achieving UB's mission and vision by providing quality service to students, faculty, staff and visitors. The Department of Physical Plant, Projects & Facilities is run by a Director and a Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for: dispatching, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, electrical & carpentry works, equipment and vehicle servicing. All complaints should be channeled through the Physical Plant office, by way of a Dean or a Department Head.
