Upon successful completion of this program, students will acquire the knowledge and skills to apply to business, management, marketing, and accounting concepts in a business setting.
ATOS Tourism Studies Belize, PG The Associate Degree in Tourism Studies equips graduates with the knowledge and skills to enter, at the entry level, the fastest growing sector in Belize. Their understanding of the requirements of this sector makes them a valuable asset to the industry and employers. Graduates will have general understanding of the sector at all levels and have the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to enter the workforce in entry level positions to assist in implementing tourism and hospitality activities and initiatives. The program also equips graduates for further tourism studies.

The proposed Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (with major in Management, Finance or Marketing) will address the need for managers with expertise in three disciplines that exists within the private and public sectors in Belize.  From a more specific standpoint the program is designed to satisfy the deficit in the quantity and quality of specialized middle and upper level managers. This program will equip graduates with a core set of skills including: Analytical skills, Problem-solving, Strategic thinking, Communication (oral and written), Leadership and Teamwork. Additionally, graduates will possess a balanced acquisition of strong general business skills with focused expertise in their major.  They will be able to apply theoretical information to practical situations, make informed decisions and evaluate alternative situations in the workplace.
BMAN Management Belmopan, Belize, PG The Bachelor’s Degree in Management is geared towards provide students with relevant training in business management and equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to become functional business leaders in the private sector, nonprofit sector, and even in the public sector. The program produces high-quality and well-rounded graduates who are technically and professionally qualified in business management. Graduates from this program are expected to take up leadership positions at the junior, middle and upper level management positions in organizations.

The program also provides a solid foundation for further studies, should graduates wish to advance their education in business or related fields in the future.

BPSM Public Sector Management Belmopan and Belize The Bachelor’s Degree in Public Sector management provides students with relevant training in public sector management by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to become functional administrators in the public sector, nonprofit sector, and even in the private sector. The vision of this program is to produce a cadre of high quality, independent thinking graduates that will be capable of transforming public sector activities as it relates to efficiency and productivity in Belize, to an internationally accepted level.  This will be achieved through excellence in high quality student-centered instruction, research, fostering of independent learning skills and imparting of relevant skills by public sector professionals.
BTOM Tourism Management Belize The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management program prepares students for professions in hospitality and tourism including lodging, events and conventions and destination services management, food service, travel and tourism, financial management, and technology, and recreation related industries. The educational mission of the program is to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and ability (values and attitudes) to identify opportunities and challenges in the hospitality and tourism industry, and to apply creative decision techniques in responding to those opportunities.
