Student Housing

The University of Belize is seeking proposals for a public-university partnership to support Student/ Visiting Faculty residence on the Belmopan campus and issue this call for expression of interest to identify and select potential investors.

• Appropriate Occupancy for 100 + students and some visiting faculty members
• Models to include private rooms and shared common spaces
• Additional spaces for study, food services and recreation complete with parking spaces
• Space including for administrative staff of the facility, storage, laundry, etc
• To be located at the Belmopan Campus
